Hi
My contract is coming to an end on 31st August 2024 , and I need to request a PAC to switch to a new provider.
Is anyone able to advise at what date I can apply for a PAC without having to pay any Contract charges or Early Cancellation Charges?
THank you.

@auxinet : A working day or 2 before end of min. term. Gives it time for you to submit it to new network & them to actually port no.

@auxinet You can do this within the last 30 days of your contract. Just don’t go outside of your tariff allowance. So no premium rate numbers. No MMS. You pay in advance so your last 30 days will have been paid for. If you left early any charges are just to pay off the remaining term of the contract which you’ll be doing anyway if you left at the term of the contract. Your not paying more to terminate early your paying off the contract term that you agreed to pay anyway.
