Hi
I transferred my no from 3 to EE and gave POC code to EE customer service over the phone before 5.30pm on 13 Nov 2024 but unfortunately it is not completed yet. I am so disappointed as I have small business contract with EE and all my business demand on my phone. I thought 3 is bad in signal but EE just nightmare. I lost nearly £1000 in business due to this problem why they just don't give a heads up before transfer so we can have have some sort of back up. All networks are the same . Don't trust

@Bill934 If it’s not ported yet how have you lost nearly £1000 of business as the number will still be working via 3. You don't get cut off from the old provider until the port starts and once it’s started it takes up to 24 hours to complete, so as it’s not ported yet how have you lost nearly £1000 because it’s should still be working via 3.

A port-in should occur within one working day, which can be more than 24hours where weekends are involved.
Have you spoke to EE-CS to check the status of your port-in?

When I provided POC code to EE , first 24 hr my old sim worked, but once POC code was used then you can not use your old sim. So I am out of network from EE and Three since 14nov 2024 . Customer care promised me porting will be done by 14 Nov. But till now it is not done.

Yeah, I spoke to them and went to EE store too. But seems like they got no clue as well. Reading the threads of other people it seems normal when you do porting with EE. Useless

Support fora tend to atttract people with problems - satisfied users don't usually post to say "everything worked great, thankyou"
If your PAC has been submitted to EE, and your old network's SIM has lost service, then something has gone wrong which CS should be investigating. Did you ask them to investigate further, and what did they say?
If you called CS and they left you without a resolution, then you certainly have grounds for complaint!
