Plusnet transfer to EE SIM Plan Offers

EE has four SIM Plan offers for me as a Plusnet customer each with a monthly charge but no reference as to whether there is a minimum commitment.

Can you advise whether these offers are restricted to a commitment of 1 month, 12 months or 24 months (the contract periods otherwise offered by EE to new customers).

Am I correct in my understanding that EE will automatically take credit card payments on a monthly basis (and do not offer direct debit arrangements unlike my current Plusnet acount?

Thank you in anticipation of your help.
