How do you transfer an eSIM from an Android to Android? On the move to new phone, there was no option to transfer the eSIM over.

I'm now stuck....going to eSIM option on new phone, it says the operator in this region doesn't allow transfer or something. SO now what?

Hi @MrA11

Welcome to the EE Community

Transferring eSIMs between Androids is something that will be available in the near future.

For now all you need to do is download the EE app on your new phone and download/install an eSIM using the APP.
It will send a code to the old eSIM to verify. Once completed the eSIM on new phone will ne activated.

Alternatively you can generate an eSIM QR code by logging into your EE Online account. Once you have this just go into your new phone SIM manager and follow the steps to use the QR code.

@macleanac  can you help please.

Tried this, and stuck on the stage where it asks for the "Please enter your new SIM or eSIM's serial number below" I don't know  what this is.

I tried the ICCID, the EID but all said has to be 12 or 14 digits I think and these aren't the right length so which is it?

Hey there @MrA11

Welcome back to the Community 😊

Is it not giving you the option to scan the QR code to add this?

Your SIM serial number is going to be the last 14 digits of the ICCID, or if it's asking for 12 digits take the last 2 digits off the 14 digit number.
