just got my new sim put it in my phone its letting me call and text but my internet is not working

@megantalbot28  Have you checked the APN settings are correct?  Have a look at THIS

Yes I have tried that it's still not working

@megantalbot28  are you a contract customer or a pay you go customer ?   if on PAYG are  you using a pack ?

Is this a new SIM in a phone you already had? In other words, has the phone been used for mobile data on EE's network previously?
