got a phone and package with EE last week round 29 November give the pac code still waiting for the change over anybody know how long it takes as i am paying for two phone providers and only able to use the old one thanks in advance

It should have transferred over by now. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check the status for you.

When did you give us the PAC code? It usually goes through the next working day.
