I am in the process of moving my number to EE and i have been ask to verify my number, but unfortunately i don't have a signal where i am just now so can't access my phone. Is there any chance i can do the verification via my email address.

Welcome to the community.
If you have no access to the phone to receive the code, you would need to give us a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone.
