Since BT persuaded us to move our mobiles from BT to EE we have had nothing but trouble. No signal. The BT and the EE App don’t work. My bill is far higher! My internet is always buffering in movies now! I wish I had never moved, this is rubbish!

BT Mobile uses the EE network so you shouldn't see any differences with your signal.
Are you having problems in one particular location?
What problems are you experiencing with My EE?

Hi @Buddhadiane.
Have you been able to check your area using the Network Status Checker?
This will show of any known issues and will also tell you what kind of signal you should expect to receive both indoors and outdoors.

I have also moved from BT to EE and having similar issues. I was told that the signal would be no different. Checked for issues in my area and no problems reported. Both me and my partner have different phones and same issue so not the handset.
Mobile call signal drops out in most places, at home, travelling same route as previous to work, other areas we have travelled to also.
Data often 4g and weak, whereas had 5g in most places with BT. If they use the same network, why is EE so bad in comparison??
Had I have known I would not have switched until completely necessary!!
