Hey,
My number port 'Completed' on 15/05/2025, I however don't believe it's fully moving over as noone can contact the number I ported in and my messages are coming through on the temp number??
I have a Pixel 9a and have manually updated etc - purchased through EE Tech store so definitely a handset from you guys

Hi @bsl9696 I'd definitely recommend giving us a call so that one of our guides can get access to your account and get this looked into for you.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

EE-CS have access to your specific account, this is usually easily resolved.
Assuming you've restarted your phone and symptoms persist.

Yup, multiple times since... I can send normal SMS and it shows the ported in number, but noone can reply they don't send. Some outgoings SMS also don't deliver occasionally since the port date
And RCS shows the temp number only, assuming that it's a job for MNP team?
My friends also advised when they phone that the call can't be connected... It's the only mobile number I've ever had so hopefully can get sorted ASAP
