I was announced yesterday that my phone number will be transferred anytime today and will lose signal for my previous SIM (voxi). I lost the signal around 11am today so I switched it to my new EE SIM, but I still don’t have a signal (it has been 5 hours now). I’ve rebooted my phone multiple times, checked if the software is updated, and tried on and off airplane mode. But none of those didn’t work

Can you connect your phone to a WiFi network? WiFi-calling should be an option for you if so.
You can receive text messages that way. EE-CS can be contacted on 07953 966150 from any working phone, they have access to your individual account.

Have you tried doing a manual search for EE network to see if that helps it kick in?
You should also receive a text from EE to say transfer is complete.
