Recently lost my SIM card which is a PAYG SIM card. Went to the EE shop with ID and they told me it’s not possible to give me a new PAYG SIM card with the same number. 2 weeks ago I ordered a SIM card from the ee website and it never arrived. Ordered another one about 4 days ago and still hasn’t arrived. What shall I do as I really need that number. It hasn’t been active in 2-3 months and I don’t want to wait any longer as I may lose the number.

Pay As You Go Sim Replacements have to be done over the phone, unfortunately due to the recent iPhone Launch, wait times are extremely high.
