I can't link the new sim to the account. It says its already linked, but I can't see any devices in my account. This is preventing me from porting the number over from the previous provider as well, as I can't fill in the transfer my number form as it keeps prompting me to link a product.
I did wonder if its to do with providing the PAC number when I took out the order for the Sim card - am I in limbo between the numbers? Temporary EE number works as does the Plusnet number.
Any ideas other than waiting a few days?

It's telling you it's already linked to another a/c, perhaps an old 1 of yours.

Hmm thats concerning. As that number issued by EE is brand new to me (as in I've never had this number before), then what you are saying is it's been recycled from another EE customer where it is still linked to their account.
