Hi everyone,
Today I bought an EE £20 PAYG SIM directly from a EE shop to transfer my 3 mobile number. The clerk told me that I could use the new EE SIM while my phone number is ported. I used the EE SIM for data for a while with no problems but suddenly it stopped working. I get good signal and everything but when I try to call says I do not have enough credit. Additionally I cannot use my data. When I go to check my balance on 150 it says:
Your current balance as of today 19:59 is £0.00. You have unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 99.9GB remaining until 16/10/2023 for your £20 Pack. Your remaining data includes of rolled over data. Your last top up was £20.00 on 15/09/2023 at 16:35.
Any solution?
