I have a contract with EE and my wife has a BT sim. i recently requested a PAC code from BT to give to SKY and it didnt work. i contacted BT who saiid they would sort it out. This morning i got messages from BT saying they had transferred their number to EE and then a message from EE saying the transfer had been successful. How on earth did this happen. Why did EE allow this with having no contact with me about it?
i have been on chat to sort this and hopefully it will be done in 48 hours. If i was not in a long contract with both EE and BT i would be leaving.
