Can someone at EE please help me. After looking at your reviews I decided to leave o2 and join EE. I put a sim only plan in place, along with my pac code and received the sim and activated the changes on Thursday 25th may. The change over didn’t complete on Friday so I spoke to EE on Saturday to be told that this would not happen over the weekend or the bank holiday. I accepted this and spoke again to EE on Tuesday after I had no longer access to o2 or EE. I was then told that this could not be expedited and would complete by midnight. I am a health care professional who is on call for emergencies and explained how worrying this delay was for me and now, on Wednesday morning, I am still unable to receive any calls to my phone. The messages to callers is that this number no longer exists.
Can someone please help to resolve this issue urgently. Thank you.

I am very sorry to hear this has happened when you have ported the number. 

Can you make calls and send texts? 

Does the phone show the transferred number in your phone settings?
