New SIM card

I've recently came to EE and have received my SIM card, I sent my PAC code when I joined but the SIM card I've received is for a different number, any ideas how long it will take before I get my old number back? Thanks in advance 😃

@bigvern39 All new sims come with a number they have to have a number assigned to them and your number has to migrate over to that new EE sim this can take up to 24 hours. This should have started today as new migrations do not happen over the weekend and yesterday was a bank holiday.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
