For anyone transferring their number from BT to EE, be patient, this is currently not a quick process. I've been waiting for 5 days now, since my EE sim was activated. Have been told that it should be completed by midnight on 30th May.
To say the least, this has been frustrating and inconvenient.

It may be frustrating, but if you consider it is a bank holiday, and ports don't happen over a weekend or bank holidays, it really is not surprising.

Interesting. A week ago ported over my number from BT to EE went straight away, my wife, which I did at the same time, is still in limbo - over a week now. Bank holiday and weekend still makes it five days and counting.

Err, phones not working since port last week. We are using a re-seller for the new contract so 150 wouldn't work. We have had the EE text saying to restart. Did that and now nothing just the new network logo. No calls, no texts just silence. The re-seller stated that it is a BT server fault. Thanks for the offer though.

Does the EE SIM card work in any other phone?

Thanks for taking an interest.
BT Sim now dead. Died last Monday, seven days ago. EE worked on temporary number but following the message to restart, which was last Tuesday, sim now showing logo but unable to use even in another phone.
