Memory loss

I have problems remembering small details and I am not tech savvy.

How do I place a sim in a phone?  I have never done it.

Also this website is very hard to use.  I dont get any support with this stuff.

Also where is my account number?  I cant find it on this website wherever I look.

Which device are you using? What is it that you need your account number for? It should be printed on your bills.

If you have a phone pin or a pin in general on the side of the phone there should be a tray with gaps put the pin in the hole push gently and tray should come out so you can put a sim in the tray and push the tray back in the phone and network should come out if your phone is unlocked to all networks as most phones are nowadays if you need help with account number dial 150 from your phone or find another number from Google if calling from another network
