@Shillz2010 if you mean QR code then these are at one time usage thing, when you set up your new phone you should’ve been the option to transfer your eSIM from the old phone to the new phone. providing these are from the same manufacturer.
you’re gonna have to call customer services to request the activation of your eSIM or you can go to an EE store with in date photo ID and request a replacement SIM card.
