Hi!I’ve lost my SIM card and I’ve made a phone call to ee to get a new one 2 days ago, staff said I will get my new SIM card today but I don’t , and I don’t have the reference number to track my order, what should I do rn?

As @XRaySpeX stated, our sims are sent second class, so it would most likely turn up over the next few days.
If you have any concerns, you can give us a call, then a guide can look into your account and give you an update.
If you need a sim immediately, you can pop into one of our stores and they can give you a replacement sim there and then.

@williamzzy : 2 days ago was a Sunday. SIMs are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail.
