I’m trying to link a sim I brought for 99p.

ive made an account there is no way I can see to link my sim to it

Are you trying to link your SIM card with a new My EE account? 

Does the SIM show signal?

Yes I am trying to link a sim to this account. It repeatedly says we are having problems please come back later....I have come back later...nothing has changed.

thankfully my reception is now much better....bye bye 02 now all I need is to get my number changed 

I have the same problem as Jimmer72..have tried multiple times says we are having problems come back later..

Is this a new pay as you go SIM card? 

Have you had a My EE account with the same email address previously?

It's a new PAYG sim I've not had a previous EE account..spent 2 hours on this ..not impressed
