I contacted BT about a completely unrelated issue and ended up being migrated across to EE with the promise of easy transfer of my existing mobile number. Having spoken to 3 different people/call handlers I still haven’t retrieved my normal number despite promises of it being sorted
is anyone else experiencing this - feeling very let down by now and not confident that I’ll get my number back
