Keep old number during the switch

I have selected to Keep My Old Number during the switch. I have inserted the EE sim card and i am not able to receive call when someone called my old number. How long will the old number (from the supplier) to be transferred to my new EE sim card?

Hi @nickelyeah. 

We have no account access here on the community so we are unable to check the status of your number port. 

If you give our customer care team a call on 150 they will be able to provide you with an update.

Yes asked for old number to be kept. Got SIM card yesterday just put it into phone tonight

Is your old number an EE number or are you porting this from another network?
