Imported number does not show up onincoming texts, only original EE number

I moved to EE from Plusnet and tranfered my original number.  This number does not show up on incoming texts in reply to my texts but defaults to original allocated number from EE

In the end I've just decided to switch off RCS, but do let me know if a
solution comes up in the future.
