@jonleda  a PUK code is to unlock a sim when the wrong sim pin has been entered incorrectly 4 times.   A PAC is to move your number from one network to a different network and a PAC code is only 8 digits.

A PUK code can be found within your online EE account.    A PUK code is also only 8 digits.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Chris,

I was following the instructions from Sky who bizarrely ask for it even though its supposed to be for a new sim only plan.
thought it would be easier and free up a line when the sim in what was my ipad stopped, but no.

Are they asking for a PAC or a PUK, @jonleda?

PAC - to transfer your number to another network

PUK - to unlock a SIM card that's locked due to entering the PIN incorrectly too many times.
