Hi team ordered new sim on 27 may it’s been 6 days i have got only order confirmation mail and didn’t received any sim card and tracking details also i need sim urgently all of my works has been stopped due to this even sales team number doesn’t work properly as it doesn’t have any options regarding sim issues please do the needful

Was it a replacement Sim Card you asked for? If you haven't received then I suggest you call EE using Skype for free number in my Signature.
You can get a replacement Sim Card at an EE store. However you will need to provide valid photo ID. Our EE stores will accept a passport (from any country) or a UK photocard driving licence.
Please note: if a driving licence is being used as a form of proof, the address on the customer’s driving licence MUST match their EE account address.

Hello it’s not a replacement sim it’s a brand new sim which i have ordered and haven’t received it yet and which option i should choose to speak to customer care it has only to options mobile phone and broad band but my issue is regarding sim card please help
