I was charged for my most recent mobile bill and noticed an additional charge on my account. I’m currently in the states visiting family so I tried contacting EE through the app but every time I’ve started a conversation it says there is no one available and then ends my conversations. I’ve started 4 different threads trying to talk to someone about my bill but I’m getting nowhere. Does anyone know of any other way I can contact EE? Calling would require extra charges and I’m trying to avoid that.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
