Hi All,
Vodafone shut down their connected SIM service last year, which ran on my dashcam, and as such, I just added a new data-only SIM to my EE account to replace it. So far, after much struggling, I've found that I need to re-register the new SIM in the Thinkware app to get connectivity up and running again (I hope), but to do that, I need the ICCID, and I no longer have the packaging the SIM came with. The only number on the SIM is a 12 digit code, not the ICCID.
Is there any way to find out what that number is, or do I need to request a new SIM card? I've added it to my iPhone, but it doesn't appear to display it, so no luck there.

Welcome to the community.
On an iPhone, it should be listed in Settings > General > About.
Alternatively, you could give our Customer Support team a call and they'll be able to give you the full number.
