How to swap my number to New SimCard With out call costumer service

I lost or left somewhere my simcard couple days ago and I got new simcard at nearby local store I want to activate it and set my old number to this simcard I can’t call bcs card not active to use please someone help me out for this issue 🤭🤔

@ESEN01 did you request a replacement SIM card or just get a new SIM card ?

You needed to got a replacement SIM to have kept your no. Did the store block your old SIM?

Did you go to an EE store or a supermarket or convenience store where they sell PAYG Sims. You can log into your MyEE account and order a replacement SIM.
