No Service, new contract

I recently upgraded into mobile plan from sim only.  Since I transferred my sim to new phone I don’t have services. I tried to restart my phone and nothing is happen. I couldn’t call or text the costumer service as no service to my phone.

Did you receive another SIM card with the phone? 

Do you get signal if you try the SIM card back in the old phone?
