SIMs are usually sent by second-class post. If you are near an EE store then they should be able to supply a new SIM with suitably photo-ID.
EE CS can be contacted on 07953 966150 from any working phone.

If you have gotten a SIM from the EE Store, it should activate quite quickly. Could you restart your device this morning please? Let us know if it's working.
