Can't download eSIM

I'm new to EE. I've no products to link, so I'm unable to access my EE app to download  eSIM

Welcome to the community,

You have to have a physical SIM card and be on mobile contract with EE before you can have an ESim, that is why you are unable to download the ESim.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Is it a new eSIM that you're trying to get? You might need to speak to our Mobile Care team to get one sent out.
