I am switching from Plusnet to EE on a pay monthly account. I have fitted the new sim form EE in my phone and tried over and over again to activate it with no success. it just does not seem to recognise the EE number.

Hi,  swapping over from plus net received my new sim yesterday , and have been waiting since yesterday evening for it to swap over but nothing yet !! I’m also keeping my old no how long does this process take I’ve never had to wait this long before !...

Have the same problem coming to EE from O2. Signed a contract 4 days ago. Took over 24 hours for my number to port across. A further 24 hours later I still can’t call or receive texts. Very frustrating experience and now apparently I have to phone EE...
