Transferring from BT to EE sim and SIM not activating

I am transferring my mobile SIM from BT to EE and inserted the new SIM into my phone at approx 14.00 yesterday but it still has not been activated. When will it happen. I cannot phone EE as I can’t dial out without a service and I don’t have a land line

Thanks David, I called EE on the number you gave me and it appears there is an issue their end and that I will have to wait another week for it to be resolved. Not a good start with EE
