Hello,
When I migrated I requested to keep BOTH mobile numbers. Today I finally received my 2 SIMs but had no idea which was my work number and which was my Sons (who doesn't live with me or anywhere near)
I put one SIM into my phone which happened to be my Sons number. Within seconds I got a message to say turn off the phone and turn it back on. His old number is now working. Fantastic!
Next I put my new SIM into my phone and got the same message to turn it off and on again but my old number hasn't changed over! This is my work number. I need it else customers cannot call me. Is it normal to take this long when my Sons changed instantly?
I tried phoning the helpline but I didn't want to wait in a 1 hour queue.

Is your Plusnet SIM card still working with your number?
Can you text NUMBER to 150 from the EE SIM, does the reply show the temporary EE number or your Plusnet?

Morning. I did that and it shows my temporary number. I have a 2nd phone with my Plusnet sim in which is still currently working.
I contacted EE support and I was told that there is a problem with Plusnet not releasing my number and it could take upto 3 more days!
