my old number is not transferred

i tried to bring my number to EE but it’s not working, i used a different network provider before and tried to fill in the PAC in the online request form but it shows error

Try providing your PAC by text instead. Text PORT to 150

Hi @janisu Just to add to the brilliant advice from @bristolian you can also give us a call so a guide can take your PAC from you and get your number port organised for you.

To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
