Esim isn’t giving me signal

Hi there 

I got a esim around two days ago now and I got told that I will get a text when ready to activate and it seemed activate instantly and to restart my phone once it’s ready since then I’ve noticed I’ve got no signal at all I’ve done forge restart I’ve done restart I’ve done airplane mode I’ve done it all and nothing has changed I then went and put my physical SIM card in my other phone and it said to contact ee well what’s going on I run my mobile business from my phone for clients how can I do that without signal? I went on to my ee to activate it however I can’t do that as I need a signal to receive a code 

can someone please help me?
