Hi I’m currently in New Zealand my data pass has ran out but for some reason it’s not giving me any signal to renew the pass. It won’t connect to mobile data at all and when ever I use the app or website it just gives me numbers to text or call which it won’t allow me to do without connecting to the network

Are you on contract or PAYG?
What data pass? You wouldn't need data to make calls or texts, which you say you can't. So the cause of that cannot be a run-out data pass, whatever that is, but something else you failed to mention. So we can't really say until you tell us your full circumstances.

Data roaming will only work with an add-on, but voice & text roaming only need a network connection and headroom in your spend cap (for pay-monthly)
You mention your phone not having a network connection, there's your underlying issue - if you toggle flight mode, do you get coverage back?
Try a manual network search and connect to a local network manually. Then restore automatic selection afterwards.
