My EE phone number stopped working yesterday, and I am now unable to connect to the internet or receive messages and calls. It keeps showing that the eSIM card cannot be found.
I cannot recall when the eSIM was originally set up and am unsure how to resolve this issue. This is causing significant disruption, so I would be very grateful for your urgent assistance in restoring my service.
Many thanks for your help.

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this public forum, so all can be offered here is general advice.
If your SIM has been deleted or lost, then you'll likely need to seek a replacement. EE-CS can post a replacement pSIM to your billing address if you contact them from another phone (07953 966150) or an EE retail store can issue a replacement SIM to you on-the-spot if you provide vallid photographic ID.
In either case, you can then swap from pSIM > eSIM if you so desire.
