Hi,
I have received another sim card to replace the old one. I have inserted it correctly and have activated and requested a code. However, I haven't received any code and there is a message on the phone saying insert sim card. I can't use the old sim to receive anything. What should i do?

What was the reason for the replacement SIM - was this a lost/stolen replacement? Or because of changing SIM-size for a new phone?
The OTP should be sent to your existing SIM in order to verify the SIM-swap is not being done by a third party.
You may need to contact EE-CS from another phone, in order to verify your details - and thus the legitimacy of the SIM-swap) via a CS agent.
