Hi, 

Please my SIM has been deactivated, I guess it was because I request to switch.

On Saturday I sent a code to switch my network and then I received a message from EE asking me to have a re-think, so I decided to speak with a customer representative and decided to stay with EE.

However, my SIM stopped working since Sunday being yesterday so I can't make or receive calls.

Please can you reactivate my SIM immediately.

Did you provide the PAC to another network?

No I didn't provide it for any network provider.
