EE phone number deactivated whilst abroad. No means of contacting EE

My EE phone number suddenly stopped receiving calls and texts. As,such I have no means of contacting EE to attempt to resolve the issue. Furthermore, there appears to be no way of contacting EE online. I even tried their Facebook page but constantly get generic messages telling me to use the app or call the numbers....but obviously I can't.

For clarity here, you've posted this query into the "roaming" section of the forum - has your phone worked abroad on this current trip? Or has it never worked abroad on this trip? And if not, has it worked abroad on any previous trips?

This is trying to establish if this is a roaming issue or if that's just a red herring and something else is going on. PAYG hibernation or account suspension, are both possibilities if so.

If the issue is in any way account-specific, then you will just need to make contact via another means. Pay-monthly customers have access to live-chat via the myEE app.
