Hi!
I was wondering if anyone knew if the roam further pass works in Tunisia?
I have it as an add on to my contract but I can’t find a clear answer if Tunisia is included in this or not.
also if it did not and I turned off my mobile data this would stop any additional charges as long as I just had wifi on?
thank you!

No, it doesn't.
You'll receive a Welcome text upon arrival at a country giving your roaming options.
If you are on contract, you may use your usual UK allowances in the EE ROW Zone 2 with up to 50 GB data per billing month if you have more, when you buy the Zone 2 Pass for £7.50 / day or £37.50 / week. Otherwise you will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as you can find out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/.
If you are on contract, just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your no.
If you are on PAYG, just make sure you had already used your PAYG SIM to make a call or text in the UK.

On this specific question... roaming means using your phone on foreign mobile networks. WiFi is just a connection between a mobile device and broadband router.
Roaming charges are incurred when you're connected to foreign networks and do anything other than receive text messages (which are free globally). So any calls you make or receive, any text messages you send or any mobile data you use, will be chargeable.
EE doesn't allow data roaming without having an add-on in-place, so if you don't do so then mobile data won't work anyway.
