Firstly the puk then administration log in at any branch then give her an AirLandline!

@Chance26 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.

Hi glad you got back to me why do you deactivation makes your child in
protected contact ee an transfer to her own contract don't deactivate you
would be putting your child or children at risk defently if he or she is
using a smart device.
