Converting physical sim to esim.

Hi, I want to convert my physical sim to an esim, but I can’t find any option on how to order an esim on the app, would really appreciate if anyone could help me out. I’m currently on a contract so yes I’m eligible to get an eSim.

Open the EE App and click the Profile in the top right corner. Go to Settings and Permissions, Settings and Permissions again, and scroll down to reach Replace my SIM/eSIM. This will verify you with a pin code and give you the option to download an eSIM to your device.

To order an eSIM via the EE app, once you login select Manage, then select Settings and on this page you will find an option for Replace my SIM/eSIM through which you can select an eSIM.
