Resolved! Replacing to E-Sim - Only "Order Physical Sim" Button Shows Up

I was using my physical Sim on my IPhone 14 device.I decided to get an E-Sim, but the replacement page only shows up Order Physical Sim option.

New sim not activating

New sim fitted to mobile. Logged into account online through pc. Entered mobile ,received code, inserted code, entered serial number and pressed activate. Received message there is a problem.

Resolved! No Service / Emergency Calls

I ordered a new SIM card 2 days ago. I woke up this morning to find I had no service and was unable to make any calls. The new SIM card has not yet arrived and I am unable to make any calls to enquire about this.

Contract ran 2020

Dispite my contract expiring in 2020 I always have a error or issue with pac when I try to upgrade. Iguess its like I am now on pay as you go as I do not owe any money for any phones tempted to change provider any one else had this proplem.
