Emergency only calls

Moved frome tesco to EE, keeping okd number, had messages say all gone through & ready but still can't do out going calls Help needed as lots of hospital appointments

Have you restarted your phone since receiving the confirmation text?

Can you receive calls? Can you send text messages & use mobile data?

Yeh done that & can receive calls & messages just can't call out

When did your number transfer to EE? What happens when you try and make a call? 

Also, can you send texts as well as receive?
