Replacement Sim

I can call EE as I have no sim. Ordered a replacement sim on 13th. Said it would be here in a day or 2. Went to track order but I have no order number and no way of finding out if it is on the way

Resolved! Swap to a E-sim

I’ve recently joined EE on sim only in using a physical sim in my phone what is the procedure to change it to a E-sim. Thank you in advance
