PAC Code not working transferring from Lyca mobile to EE

I’m transferring from Lyca Mobile to EE, when I fill out the form, it says the PAC code doesn’t look quite right.

The PAC Code from Lyca Mobile is correct, it has not expired as I’ve only just requested it a few hours ago and all the other bits of information is correct such as the temporary EE number and the number I want to bring back I EE.

Its very frustrating because it now means my number port request will now happen on Monday or Tuesday next week rather than tomorrow.

I would try and do it via the text method instead, the web form can be temperamental.

If you text PORT to 150 from the EE SIM this will allow you to submit it this way, just make sure to copy the PAC Code in the exact format with no spaces etc.

The text service will ask for the number you want to port across and the PAC Code and then give you a timeline for porting.

Hi @nick_ro It's great news to hear that you're moving your number over to us 🙂

That's some great advice there from @Matt_124

Another option would be to give us a call on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone, then one of our guides can get the PAC processed for you.
