Hi, I'm travelling to the UK and I'm trying to purchase the EE Travel Data eSIM Plan — the 30-day pass with unlimited data and uncapped speed for £30.
I have already created an EE ID and logged in. On the Travel eSIM page I select the 30-day pass, confirm that my phone is eSIM compatible, and press Continue, but it simply redirects me back to the same page. I've tried multiple browsers including Chrome and Safari with the same result.
Could you please confirm:
Can I purchase this exact Travel Data eSIM Plan (£30 / 30 days / unlimited data / uncapped speed) at an EE retail store after I arrive in the UK?
If it is online-only, can EE Sales or Customer Service complete the purchase for me by phone or provide another checkout method?
Is the current redirect loop on the Travel eSIM checkout a known issue?
I'm specifically asking about the Travel Data eSIM Plan for UK visitors, not a regular PAYG SIM or Pay Monthly eSIM.

@Northerner
when If I press the 30-day USIM and click Continue, it pretends to switch screens but displays the same page again.

Hi @hbkang
It's great to hear that you're looking to take out one of our SIMs when you're visiting the UK.
Thanks for highlighting that you're experiencing this issue.
I've ran a test myself, and when I'm logged out, it allows me to select the plan and check the 'I confirm my phone is eSIM compatible' box.
When I click 'Continue' it asks me to log in; when I've logged in, it takes me to the next page.
Could you give that a go please?

Let me explain more details..
I’m trying to purchase the EE Travel Data eSIM – 30 day pass, unlimited data, uncapped speed, £30 one-off.
I am already signed in to my EE ID.
On the “Choose plan” page, I select the 30 day pass and tick “I confirm my phone is eSIM compatible.” The Continue button then becomes active.
However, when I click Continue, I am not taken to the checkout or payment page. Instead, the page simply reloads/redirects back to the same Choose plan page, so I cannot proceed with the purchase.
I have tried this multiple times in both Chrome and Safari, and the same issue occurs in both browsers.
Could you please confirm whether there is a problem with the Travel eSIM checkout, and let me know if there is another way to purchase this exact £30 Travel Data eSIM?
